AI Spark provides algorithmic trading signal analysis tools for educational and informational purposes only. All signals, backtests, and AI suggestions are NOT financial advice. You trade at your own risk.
2. Free Trial & Billing
Your 3-day free trial begins the moment you create an account. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will NOT be charged during the trial period. After 3 days, your subscription automatically renews at the applicable monthly rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.
4. No Financial Advice
AI Spark is a technology platform, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trading futures and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. AI Spark reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and AI models are the intellectual property of AI Spark. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
AI Spark reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
